I agreed that that can be a problem on the basis of accounts I had read. I said that I did not know "enough", not that I was completely ignorant. As it happens, I am familiar with several boards of non- profits. It is true, the board members are not paid, but the accounts I have read of lackadaisical corporate boards has jibed with my experience. If you think I have been misled, fine.........
