Well do you think that non- profits are run like for profits. Are the non- profit accountable to shareholders? How many non- profits have unionized employees. You are conversing with flappy the official SI union stooge, I mean steward. Where did you read of lackadaisical corporate boards ? What companies??? Jesse Jackson runs a non profit. I've heard of lackadaisical accountability in the case of Jesse. Board member of large for profits do get an annual stipend and it is usually many tens of thousands of dollars. I'd suspect that some non profits may also but I'm not sure. I call that getting paid. I think your words conveyed an analysis that was misleading. I cannot remember any words from flappy that were not misleading of common sense or giving anyone the benefit of the doubt that they were not to be proclaimed liars cheats and thieves by flappy proclamation. tom watson tosiwmee
