Hi Tom,

Al will never admit to making bad decisions. I believe he could give you a lecture on each one of his decisions being correct with the information he had at the time. i.e. the path of least resistance.

Speaking of hard assets. If I were going to add to hard assets at this point in time I would try and find ones that generate income or have income bearing assets. IMO, right now I am having a hard time finding commodity related stocks that are trading close to the value of the commodities. One of these days that will happen - we just don't know when. I keep watching PD and man oh live there is no relationship with this stock to the commodity.

Two other good examples are IMPAY and AAPTY, they were trading in 1998 below $10 and now they are over $30 with close to the same price of the metals. Go figure.
