You are the one who apparently, falsely accused MS. Assuming, without deciding whether this is true, either you did it out of malice or you did it out of lack of computer expertise. Either way you should apologize, otherwise some readers will give less credibility to all you future posts until the end of time or until the demo trial period is up, whichever is first.
