I've was lucky enough to buy at 3 about 15 months ago. Since then, Spectrum has been assigned as the exclusive provider of IBM to supply their DSP chip which is used for CD ROMS. Also, they have a tentative agreement with Lockead. My broker estimates the stock will go to 20 and beyond. Should start seeing really good numbers beginning in third and fourth quarter this year. I still like it at its current trading range in the 9's.
