John, XP is available for all recent buyers of Dell's newer models. A 'coupon' entitles the buyer to get an XP upgrade sent for a nominal fee. Smart on Dell's part so months ago people didn't 'wait' for XP to buy new equipment. Of course according do Dan all Dell (INTC processor) customers are 'suckers.' This day of bump up alone in INTC has paid for my new P4... and then some. hee hee RO
