Bullsh!t. Check out this review of a 1.2GHz Celeron and the slowest Pentium 4 and memory combination available: 1.5GHz with SDRAM.

The Pentium 4 actually wins on more than a few tests. Unbelievable, isn't it? I'm guessing a 2.0GHz Pentium 4 will do even better.
