Smart_Money; Glad to see that you and Divit have made up...<g> I'm really interested to hear what that sales rep has to say when he calls you back. i happened to be at a retail store this afternoon as part of the XP launch, and searched 5 different models of HP machines,none of which had the offending file on them.
