Ah shucks Ten, you know you are too young to remember DOS...
Let's at least compare GUIs to GUIs...
Most people wil get XP because that's what comes preloaded.
Pure upgrades are a different story.

I know there is something called Passport that makes you a nice e-commerce target...
Also, I know that you get an install on one computer. Which begs the questions...who thinks they are going to borrow their friends XP CD and install it on their computer?...like they did with previous versions...hummm

Also, it seems that MS has set it self up for more lawsuits...
