I never criticized Bush for not going directly to DC, I believe he did the right things in reaction to the attacks, others decided what I was thinking as usual. As for the controllers, there are so many missing pieces all I can assume is that they took advantage of getting national exposure by concluding without an ounce of hard data that the White House was the target. And so far, I will ask you as I have others, if the plane circled why was it not seen by Reagan or people on the ground until it went into the Pentagon, unless it was so high up, in which case to whole Capital Area is a potential target?
