Pretty much normal people...especially when you consider most buyers don't know one OS from another...
OTOH, if you have WinME you should definitely upgrade...

Most anti MS sentiment comes from their domination and exclusion of other developers. I imagine lawsuits to this effect will continue.
I really don't care for Ballmer (Uncle Fester as TMF calls him).
