I suppose you are talking about me. I did not threaten you - I reminded you of some serious reality, some personal responsibility and my intention to take appropriate and legal action if you insisted on ignoring same. Perhaps you are too stupid to get the picture but I did not see your comments as any sort of "exposure" of me and my comments had NOTHING to do with posting of any 3rd party material that may have been available through FOIA. My complaint had to do with your report of alleged personal observations while a member of the USN. It may surprise you and X, Cosmicforce, but there is a higher authority than TOU.
