A couple stocks on your scan are IPO's from late 2000, BLLS, OVTI, OPLK, MXR. My thinking is this. I'll bet there are more stocks out there that IPO'd and went south from their IPO until now. Because they are IPO's they are Under followed except for insiders and those in the know. So as the get discovered, which they will as soon as the houses get there fill they should super gainers. They should be prime for Ratdogging.
