I have business interests in Nevada as well and my experience has been that there are a lot fewer hurdles to cross in doing business back and forth across the 49th that there is across a provincial boundary.

Have you ever staked a mining claim in Montana? The amount of time we spent trying to stake out a small group of lode claims in that state convinced me we are not too bad off here.
