Ruckus Interactive, St. Paul, said it has formed a partnership with Equilibrium, San Francisco, to offer MediaRich image-automation technology.
Gannett Co. Inc., McLean, Va., named William Albrecht president and publisher of the St. Cloud Times. Albrecht succeeds Sonja Sorensen Craig, who took a similar job at the Statesman Journal in Salem, Ore.
MTS Systems Corp., Eden Prairie, said net earnings for its fiscal fourth quarter ended Sept. 30 will be in line with previous forecasts. The company also announced that it has implemented SAB 101, Revenue Recognition in Financial Statements. The impact of this accounting change is expected to reduce fourth-quarter results by about 3 cents per share.

Fitch has assigned an AAA rating to the Minnesota Public Facilities Authority's $70 million water pollution control revenue bonds, series 2001A, which are expected to sell on Tuesday. Fitch also affirms its AAA rating on the MPFA's $632 million outstanding water pollution control and drinking water revenue bonds.
Mocon Inc., Minneapolis, has acquired Questar Baseline Industries Inc., Lyons, Colo. The acquisition, valued at about $3.4 million, is expected to have a positive effect on fourth-quarter 2001 sales and to be accretive for 2002 as a whole.
