I'm of two minds about this... One is that they knew all along, but were giving us disinformation to keep us calm. (I recall someone posting an article here that top scientists working with bioweapons knew IMMEDIATELY it was weapons grade because of its dispersal ability--a small amount of powder exposing so many people in an office) Two is the scarier idea--that somehow the people in these positions, who run things, are keystone cop types, not smart people. Throw in a little bit of denial and... So is anybody going to address what spores the postal workers brought home on their clothes? Or the spores on letters going through the contaminated machines, and ending up in civilian homes? Maybe those spores are like the ones in nature (harmless because individual)--but who knows. They've been altered to float, and that's different.
