Hi rudedog, I've been debating on whether or not to install XP on my system. It's an almost 3 year old HP Pavilion, with a 450 MHz PII, 128 MB of SDRAM, and a 10.2 GB hard drive running under Win98SE. I've been hesitant to pull the trigger on upgrading, not for the cost, but for the possibility of hardware, software, and/or peripherals not working properly. Sounds like the hardware side of your systems gave you no problems, but how about software? Did any of your programs go out to lunch under XP? I'm not a techie, but not a total bonehead either. <gg> Would you attempt the upgrade if you were me? Thanks, JB
