Today has been an interesting thing for me. It's been quite sometime that I was in a real struggle for what the tape was telling me and what my gut was telling me. I'm really able to go with the flow of the market with a natural detached observer type view to it each day. Meaning, it goes this or that way..I trade this or that way.

But this morning, I was looking for short setups, feeling so strong I had to find shorts, that I missed plenty of open long setups..not just plenty..all of them.

I don't care whether we close up or down this afternoon to validate or negate my gut. It's just interesting that such an internal struggle..seeing longs, feeling short, prevents me from doing anything at all.
