MYTRACK USERS..FOR THOSE THAT HAVE ORDERS GO TO
HERZOG AND GET 100 SHARES CAUSE MYTRACK HAS NOT UPDATED
ROUTING TO OTHER MM'S ON SYMBOL CHANGES ETC..

Lance,

Based on our conversation yesterday, (Phil had forwarded your call to me as
David hadn't been available at that time) you mentioned 2 issues:
1. need to be more timely in updating our market maker lists for "e"
changes , which lead to item #2
2. if you select Nite or one of our other direct connect market makers via
NASDAQ level 2 one click, you don't want the order to go to Herzog if it
can't go to your selected MM.

Effective this morning:
1. any order placed via Level 2 "one-click" to one of our direct connect
market makers, will bypass our otc-bb listing for that MM and will go out
directly to that MM even if the stock is not on our list.
2. if the order can't be sent to that MM for some reason (ie line went down
etc) order will be cancelled
3. if you click on a non-direct MM it will go to Herzog

I hope this addresses your issues, and since this is new code if you find
any order activity that does not conform to the above please send me (or
call) the transaction number of the order with the detail of what you were
trying to do .
