I was in touch with IR yesterday.
Got a hold of Al.

Apparently financing is progressing as well as could be expected. Needs signatures from the parties and should be wrapped up by the end of the week.

Also, said nothing is for sure until the deal is signed.
Did say that one way or another there would be news by the end of the week. Al also said to call him if no news by friday morning.

If anyone wants to get a hold of them they're @ this number (905)-625-2622.
From talking to Al, IMHO, its worth a risk at $.30. Don't take my word for it call them yourself. Let me know what they say.
