Haim- an interesting perspective. I keep reflecting on the idea of bribing pro taleban forces to switch sides. It would seem that a 'capitilist paradigm' might be limiting the range of responses in play, and possibly even harming the overall effort. Of course, I'm not going to presume I know enough to advocate any particular approach over another.
