ASW - looking for opinions. This stock was brought to my attention by a coworker. He has taken a small long position in it and I am considering doing the same. I see nothing wrong with it, which is VERY unusual for me. Can anyone check it out and offer an opinion?

Here are some stats: low PE < 8 today.
No debt, mrq earnings $1.21 ttm earnings $3.69
14.2 million OS, 6.4 mill float
52 week high $50, currently $27+, 52 week low $18.75
book value $10+ per share, cash $5+ per share

Business Summary
A.C.L.N. Ltd. is an independent logistics provider and wholesale automobile dealer operating primarily between
Europe and North and West Africa. The Company operates in the following two business segments, with
individuals and port agents in 15 ports located in 13 countries in North and West Africa, from four ports in large
established markets in Northern Europe: door-to-door logistics services for cars and light trucks consisting of the
delivery of new and pre-owned cars and light trucks to purchasers; and wholesale automobile business consisting
of the delivery of new cars, which the Company purchased on a bulk-discounted basis, against pre-existing orders, to purchasers.

I have been known to miss things, but I can't see why it has been dropping lately. That is the only reason I am wary, but on the other hand it looks like a great buying opportunity into Nov. 14 earnings.
