chrissie reality check: "The bombing of the Chinese embassy was certainly on purpose." The bad guys were using it for radio communications with the folks doing the ethnic cleaning and America had plausible deniability. I don't know if mr. bill knew what really happened or not at the time. I would more likely put this in the folder of mr. bill the stupidest that ever was over mr. bill the liar, liar, liar.
