And if we hook up all of those airplanes on QCOM's G*, we might as well offer data/voice services to everybody on the plane at a reasonable rate... Get the second constellation ready for launch! I'm intrigued by some of the articles I have read about NASA who has successfully launched unmanned aircraft that can cruise at 100,000 feet, powered by solar radiation, and they can stay airborn for 30 days. I wonder if such a system of airplanes could replace the need to launch LEO satellites in the future.
