OK, here's a theory for you. An Al Qaeda cell did take down TWA 800 and the U.S. knew it. But the Clinton administration, embroiled in impeachment proceedings, decided to cover it up. Would that not provide the sort of "evidence" to go after Bin Laden that you seek yet that the Bush administration would understandably be reluctant to publicize?
