Assuming that the eyewitnesses are correct and yourself
that would mean that terrorist's ( whom ever they are )
already have surface to air missiles in our countries and have access to them whenever they wish....correct??

Do you know if these weapons can be fired horizontally?
Do you know what there range is??

I'm wondering if they could be used to hit buildings.
