Re: the 424B3 submitted to EDGAR on June 18: Can anyone explain why it is that more than 56 million shares were being registered for sale by "Beneficial Owners" of the stock? Am I reading this correctly? Does this mean we have a lot more of this to look foward to? Anyone here who can read this form?
