I'm a little disappointed that our 4/1 idea men missed this little gambit. Sure we all joked about a co. doing something like this but filing it with the SEC was brilliant.

Assuming of course that he doesn’t get in trouble. I bet his website is nothing to speak about. I think I'll search around and see if he sent out a press release.
