RE:"XP is an upgrade of Win2K not Win9X. I'm not sure what "legacy" you mean..." Didn't know that. I think Win98 qualifies for an upgrade though but that doesn't mean thats it's lineage. SOmeone also told me Word 97 files won't work on Office XP...I dunno about that either... Jim
