I know you're hurting, but this filling is very relevant.

It goes without saying that there is a difference between a filing and a sell order, a distinction that the press seems to miss sometimes. Nevertheless it is *very* important that Jobs asked for an instant escape hatch to be added to the Next deal.

The request for the filling shows that Jobs felt that Apple had a large enough chance of tanking, even after buying Next, that he wanted to be able to jump without previous notice.

That is more information than a bunch of hooey when it comes to investing in AAPL.
