Thanks very much for your response. I will probably exercise.
My biggest concern was whether there were any restrictions
on what I can do with the stock after exercise. I also
wanted to wait until their quarterly results were released;
I'm about to read these results now.

I get my postal mail at a different location from where I
spend most of my time, so it can sometimes be a few weeks
between mail pick-ups for me. I recently called and found
that the rights prospectus is there waiting for me, so I'll
go pick it up (with my other mail) later today.

Based on prices and charts only (I've lost track of
fundementals... life getting in the way of my investing
activities), CEL does appear attractive at this level.
Currently we're under $3/sh and, not so long ago, we
were over $12/sh... but the key questions, of course,
are "will we get back to $12+/sh?" and "how soon?".
