Well, the actual bid price continues to plummet along with Triarc stock. When the news first came out yesterday, the bid was the equivalent of $3.57 per share. At the close today, it is at $3.36 per share. What a ripoff! We should all demand that Cable Car management abide by their fiduciary responsibilities and reject this bid! DRNK is worth at least twice as much as today's closing price of $3.00.
