Jerome, I don't know if you ever lived in Israel, but I can assure you that after 100 years of Arab terror against the Jewish population in Israel, today is the safest it has ever been. Death from highways accidents is still a more likely way "to go" in Israel than from terror activities. You are in a very small minority that states that Israel "Assassinate" its neighbors, Israel is doing what the PA was supposed to do according to every single agreement signed by the two sides, arrest or eliminate active murdering terrorists. It is no different then actions we take here in the US to control our own internal right (or left) extremists armed "militia". When they can catch these alive they do, when they don't they catch them dead. It is the job of the government to protect its citizens and provide for their security, just as it is the job of the US government to protect its citizens and bring the people that brought down the WTC to justice, "Dead or Alive".
