Actually, from what I have heard recently, the polls show increased rather than decrease support for Israel's defensive actions. Suddenly, everyone sees the parallels. Interestingly, the major "roadblock" to a Palestinian state might be removed, since some Palestinian leaders ar now, finally, moving away for their "demand" for a right of return into Israel of the refugees, and are moving for resettlement within a future Palestinian state. No one here on the news has mentioned this, but this is a major breakthrough on the road t peace. Now all we need is for the extremist factions within Palestine to reject the use of force to achieve political goals. Zeev
