did you ever notice that DDIM issues press releases for the most mundane, stupid reasons. Who cares if their lawyer is going to meet with CSFB on thursday instead of wednesday? do you think CSFB cares what this guy has to say? it's a shame thier lawyer doesn't have better things to do with his time. CSFB is not going to close out their short position until DDIM is bleeding "out of every available orifice." I wonder if DDIM is going to issue a press release when their CEO has a solid bowel movement? At least that would be somewhat more interesting.
