It's too easy to always blame the man. Keep in mind that in this case, the man is a 22 year old overgrown kid.

A parent can not follow his/her children 24 hours a day. This is the reason why parents should bestow their morals on their children. Values, morals and respect are taught when they are young. 15 years old is too late. If my children do this when they are 15, I will have failed as a parent to raise them properly.

What was this girl doing in a club at 2-3 AM. I am sure that this wasn't the first time she's been in bars that late. Where were the parents the first time she stayed out till after midnight? Why didn't THEY discipline her then?

Again, I don't want to sound like I'm defending a jock. But I sincerely believe that we are all responsible for our actions. Henry should be held accountable for what he did. But so should the girl, as well as her parents.

Unfortunately, she and her parents will likely sue and make a ton of money.

PS - Do you remember Michael Jackson and the little boys staying over? The guy is a pervert but the parents are sick idiots too for allowing their young to sleep over. I guess it's OK because they sued and made a ton of dollars by settling out of court. Despite that story, you had other parents allowing their boys to sleep over at Mikey's house in La-La Land.
