Actually, the Saturn Pluto Opposition is exact November 2, and then again on May after Saturn has gone direct and Pluto is retrograde. I don't see any type of resolution before the final oppposition on May 25 2002. In looking at some of my books to understand the relevance of Saturn Pluto I find the following: Ebertin suggests cruelty, severity, tendency to violence, fanatical adherence to one's principles once they have been adopted.

Saturn Pluto is maximum destructiveness and these are not "short term" manifestations. I do not see anything being "over". November 2 could be a treacherous date because of the exactitude of this focus.
