I disagree, tbigb. Those "people who can't afford $700 for a new computer" would have upgraded to WinNT or Win2K (or, better, Mac OS X) long ago if they were interested in getting rid of the Blue Screen of Death. If they haven't done that, then they're probably not going to "upgrade" to XP. If they HAVE done that, then why would they get XP?
