The Republican Party Scandal of 2004....

A lot of money is going to be spent by the Presidential Appointees to help make America secure from the terrorists.
A lot of this money is going to stick to the fingers of the appointed Republican spenders

For Example....three years from now the GAO will report that the security scanning devices at Boston's Logan airport were paid for three times.

Exhibit.A..Someone will discover that there are 275 security personnel at New York Airports whole address matches those of people buried at the local cemetery.

Exhibit...B... The CIA is given a huge chunk of money to improve covert operations (what ever that is???) In reality its a huge funnel with tax dollars shoved in the wide part with no accountability as to where it is going. A genuine American Black Hole.

I'm gonna take my mule Blossom to Afghanistan and with a cell phone and a GPS go looking for Bin Laden. That should be worth an easy $1000.00 dollars a day, to the CIA . If the Taliban nab me I'll tell them I'm looking for a site for a new Wal-Mart.

Rush programs to spend money because the public demands it always result political scandals.

Regards, Jerome
