From Frost Securities:

Natural Gas Supplies Decreased 2.4% Year Over Year

* 20 of the top 25 natural gas producers in the U.S.,
representing 35% of total supply, have reported production results for the
third quarter.
* Natural gas production from these 20 companies decreased
2.4%, compared to third quarter 2000, and decreased 1.9%, compared to second
quarter 2001.
* Decreasing supply during a quarter with over 1,000 rigs
drilling for natural gas highlights the bullish long-term potential for
natural gas prices and natural gas levered equities.
* Full natural gas storage levels indicate bearish near-term
