I'm dashing out the door. . . but quickly, a BC win means DMT and Alcatel will share the contracts in Canada the same as with BT in Europe. At least this is how the analyst explained it.

As for licensing agreements moving the stock, I have no way of knowing how the street will react. If BT announces Alcatel at the same time Amati announces licensing, I would hope some get the connection.
