Did I hear correct? Did McCain say forget civilian casualties as they are expected and no way to avoid them? Did I hear him say we should be bombing the shit out of them? If that was THE John McCain I'm shocked and OVERJOYED! Right on! They need to see and feel death close to home. They need the death in their house to put what tiny amount of pressure they can on the 2nd tier leadership to kill the 1st tier. Let death rain upon them from above-- and on the ground!
