Hope you got a sausage stuffer with the grinder... I have made some wonderful sausage with mine... got it this year, in fact. When my wife and I were in Berkley Springs, WVa, several years ago, we stumbled onto a sale by the public library... I bought a book on coffee and learned how much I didn't know about coffee!!! Now I grind fresh every morning and have coffee (my own mix) better than 99% of all Americans. Guaranteed! Also, we got a vacuum flask like what you will see in any of the coffee houses... the coffee stays hot and fresh all day long.
