Puerto Rican terrorists It would seem that the strategy of nearly ignoring the Puerto Rican bombers so marginalised their position that only news junkies outside New York City even know they tried to do anything. That was a defeat for terrorism. Now terrorists are front page news all day every day, who is winning that battle? The trade center certainly could not be ignored, but there were options. TP
