David.......... The A wave down is still incomplete.. After that, a rise in the 3400-level on Nasdaq would make a fib retracement at the upper boundary of the 75 T-L.. This assumes a low around 1000 to end Wave A.. So I'm expecting a bull run beginning early in 2002 but a cycle low in late 2003 where Wave C would end..
