Like I said, given the triple whammy of strong competition, an economy in recession, and a series of terrorist attacks, I'm surprised Intel is still making a profit at all, no matter how far it has decreased from where it was last year. I can't say with certainty about AMD, but chances are the U.S. will beat the Taliban, or whoever else they target in their campaign. Additionally, the economy will improve at some point. Given at least two out of three, Intel is bound to go up. AMD pretty much depends on all three, IMO.
