Believe or not i once did a study(in High Scool) of can one exist on a diet of turnips alone? Answer,no. You will die of scurvy.From the max file of "who cares" trivia.Max p.s. i suspect a diet of Turnips Oranges with vitamin D/protein supplement would be a very effective diet to melt away pounds as turnips fill the belly but add no weight.
