Personally, I think that right wing extremists have been the perps behind all the bio-terrorism attacks and fears.

As top people and their departments have been targetted, I tend to believe the objective of the perps is to get the government to escalate the action in Afghanistan to the point of using tactical nukes to wipe the terrorists out, IMHO.

But as Ray Merriman has pointed out, the problem is not going away any time soon.

As you might recall, an Indian astrologer has predicted that come about 2003, the Israeli situation will improve notceably. And, perhaps with this, a marked improvement for all worldwide.
