Hi Bob,

DIGL is Digital Lightwave, a formerly fast-growing maker of equipment for testing optical networks. They have a market cap of $200 million, with $50 million in cash, no debt, so could be picked up for maybe $300-400 million. Revenues are about $100 million, though fell off the cliff last quarter, so that may not mean much. ACTR is Acterna, a local Boston company that has a larger more established business in communications testing, but is unfortunately loaded with debt.

This is all speculation. I own some DIGL, saw TER clearing the decks for some sort of action, and just let my imagination wander. But I'll stop now.
