I've coined a new expression to depict international relations in the XXIst century: "Terror Diplomacy"...
Indeed, just as "Gunboat Diplomacy" was the hallmark of international relations in the XIXth century and "nuclear deterrence" was the Cold War's diplomatic paradigm, Terror Diplomacy seems to be the new "framework"... worrisome, isn't it?
